Planning a safari involves more questions than most travel, and we think those questions deserve real answers from someone who has actually been there. What to Tell Us
The more context you give us, the better we can help. You do not need to have everything figured out — that is what we are here for — but a rough idea of the following helps us respond usefully rather than generically.
Tell us which countries or parks interest you, even if you are unsure. Tell us roughly how long you are thinking — a week, two weeks, longer. Tell us how many people are travelling and whether there are children involved, since that shapes a lot of what we recommend. A budget range is helpful too, not because we are going to hold you to it, but because there is a significant difference between what is possible at different price points and we want to give you honest information rather than a wishlist.
If you are interested in gorilla trekking in Bwindi or Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park, mention it early — gorilla permits are limited and book up months in advance, particularly for the dry season months of June through September.
Where We Operate
We run safaris in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda. If you are thinking about combining two or more of these countries in one trip — which many of our clients do — we can help you build an itinerary that makes sense logistically and gives you the best of each destination without burning all your time on transfers.
